Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Standards

Last updated: February 19, 2026

木実通商工作室 (Kinimico) (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio") is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and respectful digital service environment for all users. We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content across all our applications and services.

1. Core Principles

The Studio and all its products strictly prohibit any sexual implication, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or related illegal content involving minors. We will actively fulfill our duty of care to protect minors from online harm and work closely with law enforcement agencies and international protection organizations to combat such criminal activities.

2. Specific Prevention Measures

To prevent CSAE content from appearing in the Studio's products and services, we implement the following measures:

2.1 Content Detection and Filtering System

  • Multi-layered Review: Including automated AI detection and manual review mechanisms. Real-time monitoring of user-uploaded images, chat messages, profile descriptions, and social posts.
  • Illegal Keyword Blocking: A dynamically updated illegal corpus that automatically filters and blocks suspicious content involving the exploitation of minors.

2.2 Reporting and Response Process

  • Report Priority: All reports involving child safety are classified as "highest priority" and immediately reviewed manually by the safety team.
  • Immediate Action: Once CSAE-related behavior is detected, the Studio will:

1. Immediately and permanently ban the offending user account and remove related content.

2. Prohibit the user's device or identity from re-registering for any services under the Studio.

2.3 Legal Cooperation and Reporting

  • The Studio will preserve relevant evidence in accordance with the law and proactively report to judicial authorities or relevant protection organizations (such as NCMEC - National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) to assist in subsequent legal tracking.

3. Robust Community Mechanisms

  • We encourage users to actively use the "Report" function.
  • In products involving social interaction, we strengthen identity verification mechanisms to increase the conversion cost of inappropriate behavior and reduce risks.

4. Regular Updates and Evaluation

The Studio will regularly evaluate the effectiveness of prevention standards and continuously upgrade protective measures as laws and technology evolve.
